after receiving the email asking for my mobile number and details when i didnt receive my £20 - i have had an email telling me they cannot find my mobile number but can find 2 attempts that failed.....i think they are trying to con their way out of paying now.....anyone else had this happen?

when you originally won did you receive the congratulatory txt back saying result!!! congratulations you have won £10 etc.

If you did then your phone details should be on their system.

Keep trying it took me 4 weeks to get my wins, got there in the end try ringing Muller customer services - they are a bit sick and tired now of all this incompetance.

yeah - i got that message twice - won 2x £10, but, when i have tried contacting them for the winnings they have told me now that a lot of people are now contacting them and they have no way of knowing which are genuine if your number isnt in their system - in my words;- THEY DONT BELIEVE ME or THEY HAVE HAD ENOUGH AND DONT WANT TO PAY ANYTHING ELSE......

ive told them to stuff it - i have too much on my plate at the moment without having to bother dealing with an incompetant firm like this - i am never going to enter/buy their stuff again.......dont like being called a liar.......

a) some of us haven't won a bean
b) if it is true that their computer blew up sometime around Christmas / New Year, then they may have lost track of who's entered, and who's been paid, but I would guess that it will be highly unlikely that anyone will be issued with the 10,000 pound top prize.

ive won 3 times all back in 2004, not won at all in 2005 (on 5 different sim cards) neither have me mates, but ive received my £30 in post so im happy:)
