hallo!
well, last week I upgraded my phone with Vodafone - therefore signing up to them for another 18 months. The following day I received my bill from them - £171!!! my previous bill have never ever got even close to £60 even!
I rang 191 and was told they didn’t know why it was so high, they'd send me out an itemised bill as "I'm not gonna go through your whole bill for you am I?!".
Bill hasn’t arrived. I've since decided to return my new handset and cancel my contract with them. This morning i've been on hold to them for 4 hours!!!! I'm soooooo bored! I can't go into a shop apparently as the way I got the phone was by them ringing me, so I have to arrange for them to collect it.
I just can't believe a massive company like Vodafone can think it’s ok to leave people on hold for so long!!!

have you registered with them online as if so you can see your itemised billing online immediently if i remember correctly.

the online itemised billing bit doesnt work for me at the moment. its been down for the last few weeks, beleive me i've been trying!
