Help in searching for a holiday

Hi
First time posting in this section so hope I am not breaking any rules...
Been made redundant and will be finishing work towards the end of next week. Looking to go away for a few days between the 7th December and the 19th December - commitments after the 19th so would prefer to be back then or early 20th.
Don't particulary care where so long as it is not too wet; warm would be good but not essential. However on searching for holidays the search engines require you to put which airport you are departing from (Man/LBA/Liverpool/EMA/Doncaster all ok) and where you want to go.
I really do not want to be inputtings every holiday destination for every airport and be told "this is not available - how about Gatwick!" Any tips as to this would be appreciated.... Obviously would prefer not to spend too much!

If you go to http://www.firstchoice.co.uk/last-minute-deals/ you can put in an airport, and it will bring up the last min deals, just put in MAN and in your date ranges got Morrocco and Tenerife, both back for the 20th0
