Hi all,first time poster but it may be useful. Back in early october i requested British gas cheapest dual fuel rate and they advised that the standard domestic rate was the cheapest they had to offer.However after researching alternatives found that click6 was actually there cheapest readily available rate.Rang them back to complain about the advice and they are now backdating my rates to 1st october.Incidentally this has saved me approx £25 per month ongoing plus i will get the difference in rates credited to my next bill so well worth the phone call. :j
