WARNING - 'Click bathrooms' - steer clear!!!!!!
I have recently been sent an incorrect product from this company, but when I contacted them to request a refund, the 'managing director' was extremely arrogant, and told us to remove the part that didn't fit, and use silicone to stick it in! Our plumber has 30 years experience, and said this was a recipe for disaster. The so-called managing director insisted that we would have to pay for return postage, and would only refund if HE was satisfied with the condition of the unused item. I have noticed that Click Bathrooms offer a discount via this website - Their prices are reasonable, but definately not worth the hassle!
