Ive not heard of them, what program was it you were after,
  • the word "warez" gives it away, almost anything downloaded from there would not be legal, and quite possibly virus infected.
looking at the site, definitely illegal content suggested (quantum of solace film etc) and they want money, so you'd be giving credit card details to someone who's already proved to be untrustworthy.

As tony says, anything connected with warez is illegal, pirated, and in breach of copyright.

Any software or programme/films from a warez site or server will be cracked = illegal and in breach of copyright of the original owner - in additional it is also highly likely to be crawling with nasties. Never ever pass on personal details, let alone credit cards and banking information to such a site. In fact, never use such a site in the first place.
  • Thanks for the info...thought it was probably dodgy. Programme I'm after is Professional Portrait V8...anyone know of a free alternative?

    Many thanks.

  • You could try GIMP and browse through their plugin directory for stuff relating to photo manipulation. For a free editor it is very flexible and you can do a surprising amount with it.

Or try PhotoFiltre for something more specific for photo manipulation and should require less effort than GIMP.

Try Paint.Net or Adobe Photoshop Express (free to use online)
