Washer dryer help

I am getting a bit fed up of my washer dryer, most times the clothes come out looking worse than when they went in! If a normal tumble dryer collects the fluff, then where does the fluff go in a unit like this? (the answer seems to be all over my clothes, usually the black ones too.....)
Im wondering if it is on its last legs and if I should get another one (no room for separates) It also makes a rattling noise when spinning, and often moves out of place. Any ideas to fix this one, or good deals spotted on new ones, are welcome : )

My washer dryer stopped drying years ago. Now I'm thinking of buying a separate tumble dryer.

I'd used a separate dryer for the last 30 years and changed to a washer/dryer last year - never again!! They're absolutely useless.

Yeah I know they are useless.... I have no room though for a separate dryer though. I usually put it on an extra spin and then leave things to air dry which is a real pain.

Space is a problem, that's why I bought one grrrrrrrr. When I replace it I'm going for the one with the highest drying temperature, which I suspect will be the most expensive !
