hi i hope someone can help and if this is in the wrong place could someone please move it to the correct place.
I bought a christmas tree (with roots) thinking I was doing a good thing, with my MIL saying she would have it in her garden. Not she is saying she will not and I am left wondering where to put it, as I live in a flat. I do have a communal gerden, but I don't think anyone would be too pleased if I put it in there.
So if there is some one willing to pick this up from Crewe and put it in their garden or know of somewhere that would give it a loving home that I am willing to give it away.
Thanks
Louise

The sign of a wasted life is a tidy house, Welcome to the chaos!

A wild stab in the dark, but are there any schools, children's homes or residential homes that might want it?0

If it's a pine I would throw it away. They grow quickly to be monsters with all the branches at the top and are not suitable near houses. Half barrels will contain them for a while but they will burst out eventually or die as there will be no soil left. Weeds really. Your MIL is being sensible.
If it's a proper Xmas tree, i.e. Norway Spruce, could you take it out into the countryside and plant it?0
