Here it says Tuesday 21st December. Standard parcels is Wednesday 15th December.
They also have the last order dates for many of the online retailers to ensure you get your Christmas presents delivered in time.0 -

Daft question but did you make sure the kids wrote your return address clearly?
We post a letter to Santa every year and he always sends one back
Although we haven't always used the address in this post, just, Santa, North Pole!:hello:0
