Has anyone else had enough of Tesco.com?

We've just got in from having to go to our local Tesco to pick up our Tesco.com order. I'm livid...
It seems that approx every 6 weeks (we shop every week without fail) they manage to mess up our order enough to leave us really cross and not wanting to shop with them ever again. But for convenience we keep going back.
Not this time!
We've been fobbed off so many times with sob stories of drivers crashing (how many times can this happen to one store?) and various other far fetched stories but tonight was stupid.
Our delivery was due between 5 and 7, at half 7 I had pretty much had enough of waiting so I phone customer service and was told that our slot was 5:30 but the driver was tracked back to store... with our shopping. Great! She phones to see why and it looks like our card has been declined.
Odd... it went through online, we got our email confirmation and the groceries had even been put on the truck with a slot?! So she said that they had tried to phone but no one had answered? I'd been home since 4:20 and I had my mobile on me too... hmmm, fishy. So she said that they didn't have any slots left for tonight could I go and collect it and she will refund the delivery charge... a delivery charge which they said they couldn't take in the first place because our card was declined? Fishy again...
Anyway, still no apology and being treated like it's our fault for being unavailable and for our card being declined.
We went to the store to collect and our shopping was wheeled out in the green loading boxes - which I had to load on to a conveyer belt by myself!!!! - and someone packed it for me.
I paid using the card that had "been declined" and it went through fine. I told the guy that dropped off my shopping and he said... "oh yeah, you're the third person that this happened to tonight..."
WHAT? Why had no one said this. He said that the .com guys were going to have t a look at the system as three other people had come in to get their shopping tonight alone.
So I'm p'd that there has been no apology for it being their fault, for clearly not actually trying to contact us, for the possibility that our card is going to be charged twice and the general crapness of customer service and Tesco.
Anyway, this is the last straw. I've just checked and Sainsbury has just started to deliver in our area - guess where I will be shopping from now on???
*sigh* Sorry for the rant, but has anyone just had enough for the rubbish service of Tesco.com or do they just have it in for us??

I know, sorry, I was just venting. We do it because we usually work until late and our local Tesco isn't very nice to go around and it's tiring... I was just wondering really if we were just dooooomed.
It's still a service though which should work properly without making customers cross.0 -
It's a service provided by a company, not a public organisation - they owe you nothing, nor do you owe them your custom!0

Totally had enough of tesco.com - I swapped our vouchers from e-vouchers to shop vouchers about 3 months ago (just too late for the previous vouchers but ok for this time).
Now I use my online account to check prices and do a mini shop at our local Aldi first
Thanks Tesco
It is annoying when a company promises something and then does not delivery - unfortunately the only thing these big companies understand is reduced market share

I refused to shop with either SAinsburys or Tesco after they mucked up orders - only once each but that's enough for me! Now I go to lidl and about once every four weeks I have a treat of an Ocdao order, who have never once screwed anything up.0
