How do you make a NetGear MP101 Stable?

Hiya - I've had a NetGear MP101 wireless MP3 player at home for about a year, and it is keeps crashing.. Anyone know how to make this stable? I have constantly upgraded the software and firmware from the official NetGear site - but it still crashes or uses 100% CPU on my PC... HELP!!

Daren just a note you will have to change your username as its an invitation for spam its also against the rules to ahve username with email address.

Please contact abcon to get it change or mse mods on the boar there two availabel now.
