Adjusting Kaspersky Internet Security

I was told to do this by Tech Support

I have a BT Voyager Router

Anyone know how to adjust Kaspersky Internet Security version 8.0 its for a
VPN Virtual Privacy Network Connection

Thanks,

Samantha

If your router/firewall supports PPTP pass-through, you should have no
troubles connecting. Many routers/firewalls handle PPTP connections fine
even though they do not explicitly advertise PPTP pass-through
capability. Your firewall rules must be set up to allow outbound
connections to connect. on TCP port 1723 and IP protocol 47

  • Can Tech Support not talk you through the process.

Do you know why you are doing it?

Sorry I do not not the answer to your question but am surprised that Tech Support could not offer some advice or guidance.
