How to cancel a cashcard with Halifax?

How do I go about cancelling a cashcard with Halifax, I have had it since I was 11 years old and it has an OD of £150, I have a current account and I would rather just have access to the current account (don't have the pin).
Also I have paid of my CC should I cancel it?
