Best way to transfer money from UK to Rep. of Ireland account?

I have accounts with Barclays and Nationwide, and need to transfer roughly £200 to an Irish account within two days. I have looked around, but the only info I can find is a £20 fee from Barclays if you have the IBAN and SwiftBIC codes of the receiving bank (which I miaght not be able to get in time), or a transfer with Western Union online for £21 although I am not sure if there are any hidden fees.

Does anyone know the best way to go, or if Nationwide offer anything better? I only have a postal account with Nationwide, but would hope there is some easier way of getting Sterling to Euros without paying nearly £30, which is what Barclays want to charge if you don't have the IBAN and Swift code.
