My boss was speaking about a software that he uses to keep tabs on his incomings and outgoings, called Quicken. I have looked it up and there is a free online version but it only seems to work for America.
My boss swears by this as it helps him know what exactly he's spening his money on, and gives him details on how much gas, electricity, loans, savings, etc... and even how much he's spent in asda. Does anyone know of any other free ways of getting this as his is the paid for one which means it's not restricted to USA.
Or even another similar software like this?

Try GNUCash ( http://https://www.gnucash.org ). It's free, works on Mac/Windows/Linux and does all that you want...
