Just wanted to let everyone know that thanks to your recommendations about contacting the CEO my family has been successful.
My gran recently went into a nursing home and my parents arranged to have a BT line put in to keep her in touch with everyone, unfortunately she passed away 4 days after having the line put in. My mum tried hard to get BT to waive the 12 month contract but to no avail.
I contacted Ian Livingstone and he replied within 23 minutes that "this should be no problem".
