Two cards from the same group (MBNA)?

Erm yes I know it is about super balance transfers (I have written that in my post )

Regardless of the topic of the article (which could have been about all manner of credit card related stuff), as an aside, it clearly does state that you won't get two cards from the MBNA group.

I'm sorted now anyway. Didn't go for anything from MBNA in the end.

Yes Martin has been in error a few times but he has done alot for my finances if Martin wasn't good enough what you doing on this site obviously he isn't good enough for you

My husband had a virgin card and this week got a MBNA Platinum 0% for 12 months and I read on here somewhere that you can transfer credit limits from one MBNA card to another so we rang up and did this old card had £16800 limit new card £6100 transferred £16000 to new card and now have card with £22100 limit leaving limit balance on virgin in case they make some good offers in the future and have transferred £20250 to Current Account at 0% for 12 months. I think someone said you can have up to 5 MBNA cards subject to credit rating and they don't seem to mind you having more than one.

That is exactly why MBNA are a great lender if treated correctly.

And yes by all accounts you can have up to 5 MBNA cards. Nice One.
