National Savings Index Linked - should I come out???

Only last month my husband and I put £15k each into a 3yr Issue 18 of the Index Linked Savings

Now that inflation is about to drop further would we be advised to take it out and find the best fixed rate account (if theres any left!!)

We would be very grateful for any advice.

Did a search and nothing posted recently has come up on Index Linked (last one was September which doesn't apyly to low inflation.)
However I find the Money Saving Expert Forums quite difficult to negotiate - even though I read the instructions before starting - so its probably me!
