I did this last night, I ordered the collage calendar and some photos, the discount was appearing until I had paid, at which point the confirmation page and confirmation email did not show the discount, I have emailed them to complain and they have replied asking me to forward the promotional email with the code to them.
I've just sent them an email to say I'm not happy about this as I agreed to pay the lower price not the higher one. Am I right in thinking that they can't do this?

Hope nobody else has this problem.

They emailed me this morning to apologise and they are crediting me with the £3.99. Am a little wary of ordering anything else from them if this is the way their checkout system works!
