Be careful everyone!
I did this last night, I ordered the collage calendar and some photos, the discount was appearing until I had paid, at which point the confirmation page and confirmation email did not show the discount, I have emailed them to complain and they have replied asking me to forward the promotional email with the code to them.
I've just sent them an email to say I'm not happy about this as I agreed to pay the lower price not the higher one. Am I right in thinking that they can't do this?
Hope nobody else has this problem.0 -
Same for me and I could not get the offer code to work as shown either
I ordered a photo book a couple of weeks ago from Snapfish and picked it up from Jessops last week - maybe they have just stopped dealing with them?
They told me in Jessops that they were going to stop dealing with Snapfish because Snapfish kept sending people e-mails saying their items were ready to collect when they weren't. In the last couple of weeks it's been changed so now you can collect from Max, that way you don't have to pay postage.0 -
darn it there isn't anywhere near me.0

I had a similar problem with them before, although in my case they added delivery charges when I requested the item be sent to a local store instead. I used a code too and everything showed up as normal on my review page but as soon as I clicked the order to go through my confirmation page had mysteriously added my home address as the new delivery address and promptly charged me for it.
I didn't complain because I didn't think I could prove what had happened, but it did bug me.
Edit - I found a link to an online version of the email here

There is no terms that suggests the offer is only for the email recipient, so you can just say a friend forwarded the link to you.0 -

This is so cheeky of them! I hope this doesn't happen to anybody else but everyone should watch out and check that the amount on the confirmation page matches the review page.
Does anyone know whether this is legal? Can they charge you a higher amount than you have agreed to?
Thanks for the link, you are right about the T&Cs, it doesn't say anything about it being just for the email recipient.
I know it is only £3.99 but they have managed to really wind me up, particularly the email I got today.0 -
How come when i try for one, im expected to buy the prints to put on it?0
