La Redoute

I ordered a coat about 3 weeks ago from La Redoute online, it was out of stock at the time but I was happy to wait. About two days later I decided to change my mind (terrible, I know) and choose a different colour instead, so rang customer services and they sorted this out completely, without hassle.

Unfortunately the coat still hasn't arrived, I needed it for today so had to buy another at the weekend and rang up to cancel my order with La Redoute this morning. Absolutely lovely again, very apologetic that the coat hadn't come in time, polite and friendly. Also their phone system is very good and when you're transfered to an adviser they answer quickly!
