boiler service contract

I want to take a service contract for my boiler. The warranty is due to expire shortly. I have always used British Gas in previus houses and have always found them to be excellent. However, in an effort to cut costs I was wondering whether I should just take the contract out on the boiler and controls and not include the radiators and pipes as surely the problems are most likely to come with the boiler itself? £9 per month with a fee for completed repair £50, or £13 per month cover which is for unlimited call outs and repairs.
