Would have been of great benifit to me when I had problems with Tesco. If it's not acceptable to post, fair enough.

I think you could still post, just include names or numbers as XXXXX if need be, its one thing to say "Tesco" and the "manager", but completely another to say "Tesco in Edge Lane, Briscoe" and the Manager "Jenny Simmons who's personal number is 012345678".

The whole point of my post was to provide a contact number for someone in senior customer service. It would have saved a lot of messing about for me and they still would have had me as a customer if I had access to that contact.

To be completely honest, and not meaning to be rude, if the service on their 0870 number was any bloody use there would be nobody having to call the lady direct anyway.

This is her job after all, 'senior customer service team'. It's not like I gave out her home number!

I think many folk make a rod for their own backs on here.

It would be of no use to anyone as the line would be jammed by people bypassing the 0870 route. :rolleyes:

Only because he'd posted it on here surely? Not as a general rule.

I bypass the 0870 route all the time, as it is a rip-off. I don't find the lines jammed at all, most of the landline numbers seem to be the same line anyway.
