I would kick up a fuss- at the disappointment in them not forfilling the price advertised, at the error- if it was an error or they ran out of stock or whatever and that has left you very unhappy, at the wait before you get your money back so you have to wait even longer to buy what you wanted to, at the unprofessionalism of it all...
It could get you a goodwill voucher at the very least, maybe woth a try?0 -
yes they can because the price advertised is not classed as an "offer" under contract law, it's classed as an invitation to treat.

Why kick up a fuss? You knew the price was too good to be true, forget about it and move on!0

I cannot believe that people are still whinging on about this....Play are covered by their Terms and Conditions, just because you didn't read them doesn't mean they do not apply:
From the terms and conditions:While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
