Anyone from Torbay / Paignton area?

holiday lettings do do 'winter lets' as such. you may be able to find a holiday cottage in the countryside a bit.

i think the Inn On The Green on Paignton Seafront used to advertise them, but i don't know what they were like - the front of the property is on a main road though so not good for cats unless you plan on keeping them in.

I will be offering lower rent..... they can always say no!!

We will probably look to buy once we are settled and know the area better. I need to find a job before we can consider buying and its hard to find one when you are not in the area!
