Should you have Travel Insurance for Ireland?

  • I do have travel insurance, it expires on the 16th December. The only trouble is is only covers Europe not the USA. I never gave it a second thought when i booked.

As for buying a single policy now ready for next year, well if it wasn't for the fact the i am going to Spain in October and Disneyland Paris in November i may well have done that. But i think an Annual Policy would be better.

I am going to take out an Annual Policy that comes into effect on the 17th December, that way i am covered for Ireland and also the USA trip that i have already booked for next year.

Thanks for all the advice, i am soooo glad i asked now as i would never have given it a second thought that i should have insurance in place now for next year. I would have taken out a policy at the last minute.
