IVA Consumer Action

I have an IVA set up and someone just rang me from the IVA Consumer Action and advised me its better to go Bankrupt and that they will be ringing back tomorrow to sort it out. Has anyone heard of these and is it better to go bankrupt. I ain't a homeowner so the guy said you should have been advised to go bankrupt in the beginning

ok so they seem well dodgy. It seems like I was mis sold an IVA as I don't have any assests to protect, so can I declare myself bankrupt and get out of an IVA any help will be apprectied or maybe even phone numbers to ring so people can give me some advice

I have never had a call but I have had numerous letters from the IVA council all of which I have been told to ignore. One thing that does jump out at me is that they say they will charge you £1250 to go bankrupt, I thought it was only £500 to do this so what are they doing with your other £750??????
