Is this covered under Section 75?

in Credit cards
I bought a car on the 4th November on my Flybe credit card and its developed a fault. I'm struggling to find the telephone number for the dealer i bought the car off its not coming up in any listings and i've trawled right through autotrader (where i found the advert) but am having no luck. Can i claim the cost of this back under Section 75 or is more complex? Do i actually have to approach the trader before i approach Flybe?
Any advice is greatly received.

Section 75 only covers you when the company you purchased from goes bankrupt or fails to deliver goods.
For this you will have to contact the dealer. Do you not have a receipt?0 -

I would of thought that it only covered new goods as with used you expect it to not be perfect which is rather hard thing to quantify.0
