I've got a savings account with the Birmingham Midshires and although the APR dropped following the 0.5% cut, it doesn't appear to have changed yet for the most recent cut (1.5%). Anyone know how long it normally takes for them to change rates?
I'm probably going to move the money to a fixed rate provided I can get it funded in time so it probably doesn't matter. Still interested in opinions though
edit: its an e-Saver issue 2 - currently 5.83% gross according to the welcome screen

here's the history of rates on that account, you could compare changes with the dates on BoE website.....

By the look of the date of the 0.5% cut its likely that they will cut by 1.5% on the 1st dec. Thanks.0
