Free view installation

I have just bought a new lcd tv for dd, the tv comes with freeview. My question is can I simply utilise my sky dish as the digital antenae for the tv to receive the free digital channels and feed a cable from the lnb(spare socket) into the tv. Thanks

No. Freeview requires a terrestrial ('normal') tv aerial. A sky dish only works for satellite reception.

Not without a Sky box, Freesat box or a built in Sky or Freesat reciever, I'm afraid.
