Blogging for charity - $1 a day challenge
The benefits of using a blog to widen the support for your chosen charity.
A friend has been living on a $1 (67p) per day for the last week, he is continuing for another week. This includes a 16 mile walk to his lectures.
He's rasing money & awareness for the International Rescue Commitee (IRC) he's writing an interesting blog http://paulcongo.blogspot.com/
I think this is a great example of using a blog to raise awareness for a charity, I've found it a compelling read and have nothing but admiration for his efforts.
