ELC glitch works on books also

I just checked my Quidco. I did my order yesterday and it is still as tracked. Fingers crossed they honour it. I really need some nice pressies for my daughter.

Bank account was debited yesterday and had an email through at 7.17 to comfirm was order had been packed for delivery! Looks like they are going to get honoured folks.

When did you place your order?
I'm curious,as after placing mine i got a conformation email etc, then a few hours later I checked Quidco, and it was declined, yet the money had gone from my card... do they email you when your order is about to be sent out?

I got the email through informing me my first order had been packed and dispatched for delivery (Planet Protectors) but my second order for the books was being held, and did i want that dispatching too. Of course i said yes, but i suppose in true moneysavng style i wish i'd been able too order them both together to save on the double P&P!

i got my order this morning , but the 2 free items are out of stock so ive been charged 9.95 for 2 books and 2 paints , nhappy says art centre will come seperatly and walle no longer in stock , can i get it from a store instead????
