Feeling really down in the dumps (again) have a mouth full of cold sores (again) and I have really struggled with my diet this week.:o
I really feel like having a bath and getting my PJ's on but I have to go back out and teach till 9pm...........

I also cant believe that I am feeling so run down when I am eating loads of healthy fruit and veg every day.
