Bills for empty flat

Hi,

I own my own flat but I am not living in it at the moment. I have signed up with Northwood using their guaranteed rental scheme.

Will I have to pay the water, council tax and electricity in the meantime? There is no usage. I think I will have to, but just checking.

Apparently I can't use the council tax break for it being empty as the previous owner did that for 6 months.
