Second Driver Question

Hi,

Just wanted to know if i put somebody on second driver on my insurance policy (fully comp) will the second driver be covered fully comp aswell if they were to be driving the car and have a accident.

if you add them fully comp yes

i would assume a named driver would have the same cover as the owner (unless ther are specific restrictions)

Same cover as the driver and even better, by adding a second driver the premium should be reduced

but yes the second driver has the same cover as the policy holder

Same basic cover but may not be covered to drive other cars 3rd party. This is usually included for policyholder.
