Hi all, it's my first time posting on this site but even just reading through the forum has been very educative.
I'll appreciate some advice bout switching and comparing. I've been a BGas customer for over 2yrs now currently on Click Energy 5 (Elec & Gas). However after receiving confusing bills recently and a gas DD increase of over a 100% I think I need to switch.
I'll appreciate advice bout what site to use to switch to perhaps get some cash back and also which supplier might be best for me.
I'm considering Epico for gas. I live i London NW10 and it's 3.7p for Epico Gas. That seems quite reasonable compared to Bgas 6.862 pence per kilowatt for the first 7.342 kilowatts used a day, and 3.434 pence per kilowatt for the rest.
For Electric Bgas comes up on Energyhelpline and Uswitch as the cheapest for elec.
Npower comes up cheapest for Dual but the discounts will only be after a yr and I wount be staying in this flat for more than another 8months.
My DD for Gas was (sorry american keyboard no pds sign)19pds but will be increased to 44 from Dec 1st; elec was 22 and remains 22pds
:money:
Thanks.

You really should use several websites to be sure.
You also must know your annual consumption in kWh for these websites to be any help.
From your DD's you have fairly low consumption.
Ebico gas is quite competitive if you are a low to medium user.
BG Click 6 is cheaper than Click 5.
If you are working out prices 'manually' don't forget to factor in the various discounts.
Usually getting fuel from different suppliers will work out cheaper than dual fuel0
