PP lovely to see you pop in, yes it does put our problems into perspective, but I think there is always a need to recognise however trivial they seem to some, they all effect us in different ways and what might seem small in comparison to others are going through, may effect a lot of people a lot more. Hope that makes sense. Suppose we'll all have to behave ourselves if you'll be around more Mrs Board Guide :p
nicki IMO there will always be something thr younger generation know more about than us when it comes to technology
chunky pleased things went well, we were thinking of you

Brrrrrrr blustery and clouds are coming over so got DSs off to school then marched the dogs out asap so didn't get caught in rain. Megan's iffy tummy seems to have calmed down. Did however kick DPs bum into building my vax when he got in last night! SO it has it's positives. I am going to go in the shower first while the house is a little warmer to save putting heaters on again.

Ok that list of what will be in the sitting room

TV unit and it's contents inc consoles
Home cinema system (probably my best ever freecycle thing!)
    Nest of tables
Basket (this is for console controllers and other random items)
    Sofa and foot stool
    Rug

So that means today I need to rehome

    Lamp (conservatory)
Boxes, many boxes (conservatory so can be sorted through, we don't use the room really)
Box of Wilkos stuff, this is the :o one because I ain't had a delivery from them in over 6 months, I don't actually know what is in it....
    2 garden chairs.....don't ask
    A fan (probably conservatory)

Then it'll be deep clean time, inc vax the rug after I figure how to work it, right, shower time, my HHC will have to be a 20 minute one to clean me, back later x
One day I might be more organised...........
    GC: £200
Slinkies target 2018 - another 70lb off (half way to what the NHS says) so far 25lb

i know there is a thread for this but i wanted to ask the teachers here, what would yo like/want/prefer from the children in your class for chrimbo. Or maybe what is not wanted....teacher mugs, etc............sorry if i should have gone on the other thread but i had a quick look and they seem to spend silly amounts.......

Maybe I'm just stingy, but I never buy presents for teachers. No, I'm not stingy, just hard up :rotfl:

I know exactly what you mean :A I've had a pretty bad week (DD with a really bad dose of tonsilitis - even the Doc was worried about her; DH abroad for 3 weeks, though he's home for Saturday as we have a dinner invitation, and a carp week at work). I'm glad to do some housework - that'll be relaxing  :p:D
Suppose we'll all have to behave ourselves if you'll be around more Mrs Board Guide :p

What with me on one side and pigpen on the other, Flyladies will have no peace :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

Justamaum - I'm the same - we give gifts to teachers who go beyond the call of duty, but not as a matter of course to all of the.

I really need to get on now ;)
