    im here... im in...

not caught up... up my my eyeballs in AVON atm (nothing new!) and just listening to pumpkin going "mamman manammn oooooooo " and blowing raspberries on the baby monitor - sure she is nocturnal

I DID get an hour or so to myself when X took sarah out the pet shop to buy dudettes heat lamp and some hoppers! :D Then he walked round for a bit just to give me some time alone apparently..... he has made real effort to look after Sarah today not just taking her out but doing loads with her... he even took her round the corner shop when he went to get milk which he has never done before.... but he goes there almost daily ?!!.... Oh and he also did a DIY job without me even asking.......did someone send him the link to my rant here yesterday ??? :rotfl:(Hope not he'd never speak to me again if he read half of what i say on here specially about his mother :o:o:o )

Anyway off to finish getting my 110 AVON brochures ready to put out to people this week... yikesy thats on top of the order thats coming on wednesday with approx 250 items in it i need to sort, bag up and then deliver to my customers!!!

EDITED TO ADD... Sarah just started crying and X has just said "you stay here... i'll go up and settle her".... theres defiantely something wrong......

  • And the other thing, my dad said to me yesterday that he had heard that meat inspectors who work in abattoirs were going on strike or something, so there was a possibility of some meat shortages. Anyone else heard of this?

Yes, I have, it was all on the news - apparently there may be a shortage leading up to Christmas, but that's probably why they've done it now to create most havoc and therefore have something to blackmail (OK, maybe a bit strong) their bosses with...

Basically i need to keep it up i am due in hospital on wednesday and shouldn't be too bad but if i count on not being too brill then at least the house won't be on a downer.

Hope everything is OK chunky, take care...
Ok, I'm in. Somebody please send me some positive vibes for this week. I feel like either me or one of the family has been ill forever!!!

DH and I have just watched Survivors. Did anyone else? What did you think? I remember it first time round in the early 80's I think.... showing my age now! Mind you, you lot saw me turn 40, so no surprises there!
    :A :A ~~~~HEALING VIBES BEING SENT TO YOU AND YOURS~~~~:A :A
Hope you all are better this week, take care...
Didn't see survivors first time round either although I am old enough too, so can't use that excuse:rolleyes: - may try to catch it later on iplayer or something as went to bed pretty soon after I got in last night...still got the blasted headache this morning but have managed to force a bit of toast down as I didn't eat all day yesterday except for a couple of gingerbread cookies (kept feeling sick everytime I looked at food)...

My M.A.C.A.W challenge this week is............. To exercise every day, break stuff down into 15 or 30 minute manageable chunks and do one thing from My stuff, Business stuff and Club stuff every day.........
    Mon / Tues / Wed / Thur / Fri / Sat / Sun
    My Stuff
Sort out finances and complete any paperwork outstanding
    Business Stuff
Go shopping for stuff for Bushey and take back extra stock
    Club Stuff.
Do posters for Stanford Forum for their website (still…)

Quite pleased as nearly there except the floors - think I did a lot as hubby has the hump, which always gives me the hump and I tend to take it out on housework/sorting stuff, so have been quite productive - wash nearly finished so will get that hung up soon and another load on... going to sit down for a bit now and maybe watch 'fringe' or just relax and try to get rid of this headache... see you in a bit...

Julie I hope you and your OH have patched things up

Well, I asked him if he wanted any dinner and he said no! He's gone to work now - didn't bother saying goodbye or anything.

    Morning All

Well so far this morning I've,

    Washed the dishes
    Made jellies
    Made packed lunches

I've still got a few more dishes to do as when I got my plastic tubs out some at the bottom had got black mould on - don't know why - so I'll leave them to soak in some sterilising solution I think.
