Help Mites in my linens????

Stick some onto cellotape and call a pest control expert, ask them to find out what they are is what I did many years ago. Turned out they were bird mites and there was a nest in the loft...........they will be able to advise on treatments. You might have to call a few but the one I eventually used sent his wife to collect the bugs, checked them free and told me to get the council to deal with it so made nothing from it, he was lovely. RIP Fleas works on dustmites. BE careful what you use on the bed.

Cleaning everything over 50 should get rid of them, clean the vacuum cleaner out if you suck them up. You could try a steam cleaner on the bed but always be aware that damp areas encourage dustmites so need to air the room out.

Thanks for all your responses. I had the whole bed out and everything from under and found them nowehere else? Very strange? Unfortunately I didn't keep any for identification. My mam wondered if something had laid eggs in my pillow cases or towels when they were on the line or something - is that possible?? I will keep a close eye on the situation though to see if anymore emerge.
