Hi
I'm thinking of leaving primus for aol , for phone and broband ( yes i do need a laptop) .
How do people find them on the phone side of things with billing service etc . I've heard the rumours aohell etc but if the broband was crap surely it would be more then an urban myth or is it just that . Your thoughts would be useful

I've had them for about 7 years now - I left them about a year ago for Virgin Media which was a huge mistake - at great expense I went back to AOL like a shot - it's quite expensive (compared to packages offered by other providers) but I find it fast and reliable -
