Bank accounts for under 18s

Options
Please advise on best current account for under 18's in full time education. Income about £100 a month. Require easy access, internet banking and bank card if possible.

    My 2 who are still both students had Royal Bank of Scotland Royalties accounts and they were converted to student Royalties when they went to uni. They offer a card from about age 14 (I think), internet banking and they have lots of branches, they can also use LINK cash machines. They aren't here at the minute to check the details I'm not sure about but I know they both rate them.
