I am only asking for people that have used Safestyle to reply to this thread, I thankyou for your comments, but as you haven't used them, you are only telling me what I already know, or have heard before.
  • I personally wouldn't touch them with a bargepole ...

Whereabouts in the UK are you? I can recommend a good company in Birmingham ... but that's not much help if you're at the other end of the country!

I had Safestyle give me a quote a couple of years ago. I never had any intention of really buying from them as I can't stand plastic windows.

I was surprised when I asked if they came in dark brown and he said no but that they could slap some paint on them at the end.

Bright white plastic windows with dark brown paint on them...I don't think so.

We had hardwood windows fitted a few months ago and they're superb and worth every extra penny in my book.

Plastic windows should be banned on houses over 40 years old!

We used safestyle about 9 years ago, we had nothing but trouble from then. It was for a porch, it was 2 inches to small on one side and they had capped it over with a piece of plastic! Trying to get them to come out and sort the problem was an effort in itself. Eventually they did, but that was after writing numerous letters and making a load of phone calls! I would never use them again.

We have just had windows put in, that were manufactured by Worthington and Graham, they are fantastic and would recommend them. They are based in the North West.

    Hope this helps.

Hi everyone, and Happy New Year.
My husband and i recently had a quote from Safestyle uk, for double glazing. Although, we were most impressed with the quality of the windows, we are not impresed with the price!!
A local neighbour recently had a front door and a large front bay window fitted by Safestyle, and like us is pleased with the quality of the windows but not by the workmanship of the fitting.
My question is.... has anyone out there had windows fitted by this company and what are your opinions of them???
We have until next Tuesday to think about whether or not to go ahead with them.
    Any advice most welcome... :money:
