                                  in Credit cards

I had a british airways diners club card through my company for nearly a year and i always paid off the balance on time. On one occasion i forgot to pay (Yes i should have done direct debit) but i only missed the deadline by a few days. I was charged £80.00 for submitting the payment 4 days late. I don't know if i can claim anything back as this is not a normal credit card it is a corporate charge card.
Any ideas if I can try and claim anything?
