Morning everyone, thank god its Saturday

Well the meet yesterday didn't go quite to plan. It was awkward and I don't think either of us were entirely impressed lol. I haven't heard from him since so I think its game over lol :rotfl:

I'm not upset or anything as I know its early days and no doubt there will be lots of these meets before I met my next prince charming lol.

It has opened a whole can of worms though with how I feel about myself. I am overweight and I think this has a huge impact on my self confidence and obviously how people see me.

So my thinking at the moment is to stop looking for a bloke and to start looking after me. Get rid of the debts and the extra stones and then go and hit the scene lol.

Bit annoyed he hasn't contacted me as I didn't think he was like that. Lesson learnt though I suppose in that you can't judge a person just through hours on the phone.

Sorry it didn't go too well. Your better off without him if he didn't bother contacting you after the date. Anyone that comes in contact with you on MSE realises what a special person you are and also an excellent mother.

I think you are right to look after yourself first. You have been through a traumatic breakup and you need some TLC.
