This is my top tip for complaints (apart from Trading Standards, MSE etc)
Get to the library (those buildings with B-O-O-K-S in them - this one isn't online) - Reference Section - KOMPASS.
It's a huge black book with every company in it. What's more important, it has the 'Ultimate holding company' detailed - this is the company who owns the company who owns the company.... that you're complaining about.
It also has the name of the Chief Executive, and the address!
No need to deal with 'Customer disService' departments - write to the CEO!
(If s/he thinks s/he is important enough - their home address might be in 'Who's Who)
Make sure your letter gets to them first thing Monday morning

Nonnie,
Apart from the above which appears to be an attempt to patronise readers of this thread (), that is an excellent piece of information in your post.
Thanks for the information."Part P" is not, and has never been, an accredited electrical qualification. It is a Building Regulation. No one can be "Part P qualified."

Sorry one and all, I didn't mean to patronise, merely to humour.0
