i booked OH a proper cut-throat shave at a local barbers. The bride gets alot of pampering on the day, so why not the groom.
its also really relaxing, and also meant if OH is having a bout of nerves, he wont have cuts on his face from shaving himself
Oh still talks about his shave, so it must have been good, because hes not normally one for beautifying himself

Thats a great idea, a proper shave is fantastic, hot towels, something for the weekend sir, Whenever I go to Barcelona, I visit a traditional barbers for a shave every day.0 -

I sympathise angbrads.
I bought OH a lovely pair of cufflinks which I left in the bedside drawer the night before the wedding and text him that evening to tell him where they were.
What did I get? Told off for not being ready an hour early for the photographer :rotfl:.
He did make up for it on my birthday though - luckily for him!
Officially a non-smoker but still rounder than recommended

Without him knowing - get a photo shoot done with you in wedding underwear, veil, shoes etc (and little else). I have booked this with For Your Eyes Only. It can be a lovely presented box with the photos given to him on wedding morning so he can see what he is marrying. (!) They look AMAZING (very tasteful and *enhanced*) and it will be something to keep forever - with you looking at your absolute best. I can't wait till he sees it - and if he is having cold feet - that should fix that! He won't be able to get down the aisle quick enough. I hope he doesn't open it in front of the groomsmen!0

I left a bottle of champagne with the hotel and got the best man to deliver it to Hubby on the morning of the wedding.
I got a barrage of picture messages from DH and our friends who were also in the hotel with them drinking the champagne :j . We've still got the empty bottle.Piglet
