Ive had Email one (Icesave) Now what?

Sorry to ask yet again but I didnt get an email so in the end I emailed them and I got the 1st email sent to me about a day later - that was a fortnight ago tommorrow, Im still waiting for the second email - is this right? or should it have come by now,if it should have what do I do now???

11. In what order will the emails be batched? There is no fixed order in which the invitation emails will be sent out. We expect to offer compensation to the vast majority of Icesave customers in November. If you receive the first email but not the second by 4 December 2008, you should call our customer helpline on 0845 7300 131 (Icesave enquiries only).

Did you try reading the first email ?

Over the next three to four weeks, depositors will be sent a further email inviting them to initiate the payment process. These emails will be phased and sent in batches. Once you have received this invitation email, please log in and follow the instructions on the Icesave website as soon as possible after receiving your invitation email. If you do not receive this second email by 4 December, please contact Icesave’s Customer Services Helpline on 0845 605 8050

You could always try logging on, and see if you can initiate the transfer before you get the 2nd email. The initiate transfer probably won't be available to you, unless they've sent the 2nd email, but it doesn't hurt trying, all that will happen if it's not yet available is that it will tell you to try later.

My wife received her second email middle of last week, Im still waiting for mine - same surname so it does seem to be pot luck!
