I booked an XL holiday with my Tesco credit card.
I sent them all my receipts and paperwork but have not received any refund.
What do I do now?

I paid just the deposit on my Tesco card and sent them a letter that was dictated to me over the phone from one of their own staff to make sure the information in it was everthing that they needed. I then wrote this letter out and posted it to them which was about a month ago and have received conformation that they have refunded the money on Friday of last week. I would check that the letter you sent had all the information that they need in it. The girl on the phone was really helpful and waited patiently while I wrote everything down. I was surprised about how quickly they dealt with it, HSBC are causing us many more problems even though I sent them exactly the same letter on the same day.

Write again, give them 14 days to refund your money, and tell them that if they don't you will sue them in the Small Claims Court.
