Can I switch from toucan to Just dial?

I am with Toucan for my call costs. They used to be under a fiver a month. But now that I am at home in the afternoons I'd like cheaper daytime calls.

Can I switch to Just dial or do I need to let Toucan know first?

    No, the 'receiving' company does the work. The 'losing' company finds out in due course but you don't have to contact them.
    Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.

    JDS do not offer cheap peak rate day time calls to 01/02 numbers.. https://www.call1899.com is your best bet for this.

    JDS have a poor customer service record so you may want to combine 1899 with Primus Saver 2 who offer free E&W calls to 01/02 numbers.See
