A&L changing travel insurance for Premier accs

I opened my Premier Direct just under a year ago and I received a letter a couple of days ago regarding my travel insurance renewal.
This is still free with the account, but I was disappointed to read that they have reduced the cover from worldwide to European only.
I assume that they are changing this on renewal, rather than just reducing everyone's cover at the same time, but it may be worth checking if you are planning on going away.

Mine was renewed in November as worldwide ... Is it possible to change the account to a Premium (not Direct) one that still comes with worldwide insurance?0
